The house has not been altered inside too much except for the obligatory paneled bar in the basement.
The floor tiles resemble many of those in Philadelphia City Hall which were made at the Moravian Tile Works and date from the 1890’s

Oh, those apartment steps on Lombard street are awesome!
I know nothing about the building except it has kind of a Southwest vibe. I would guess is dates from the 20’s. Interested to find out.
